FABULOUS APARTMENT rue du Pont Neuf 75001 - ref.444
We just returned from our stay in Paris at this apt. (There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room.) It was so well equipped, looked just like the photos, was super clean and was in a fabulous location. We could walk everywhere. The owner was quite helpful in showing us where the markets and bakeries were. I highly recommend this apt.

Hello,
Family constraints force me to remove, from now my apartment which I had entrusted you for the vacation rental.
I would like to thank you for the quality of your services and shall not miss to recommend you with persons susceptible to be interested in this type of rent.
Very cordially,

Short note to advise you how much we enjoyed our stay at your apartment on Rue Surcoff. Well kept, clean and wonderful location. If we would like to make a future reservation would we still need to go through HOME AWAY or could we contact you directly? Again, thank you for great accommodations and service.
Sincerely,

We just returned from spending a month at this wonderful Paris property. The apartment was even better than the description. It was well equipped, nicely furnished, large, bright and airy. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet area are new and modern. The furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many important sites and within a five minute walk to the Metro and many bus routes. There were many fine cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The grocery store and pharmacy were closeby as well as exquisite shops and boutiques. The landlord was helpful and responded quickly when we had difficulty with the TV. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return there myself.

I wanted to thank you for our stay at your apartment last week. The location is perfect, and we enjoyed the quiet each evening after busy days seeing the sights. It worked out perfectly for us.
We really appreciate your conversing in French with our daughter. Also, your tip about the market resulted in several good meals which we prepared at the apartment. Shopping at the market was one of our favorite Parisian experiences - thank you!

Apartment Rue de Parrot 75012 Paris
We (mother and daughter) stayed in this apartment from 28 August 2011 – 05 September 2011 and would like you to know that we were very happy with this accommodation.
The whole apartment is light and airy and has good space for 2 people not sharing the bedroom. Even 3 people would have more than enough room. Very clean, stocked with all amenities a visitor would need.
Getting around was no problem as the next train station is virtually on your doorstep. We felt safe and can only recommend your establishment. Well done and keep up the good standard.
Kind regards

Great Apartment and Hidden Gem
Great apartment in a great location. Its located on the 7th floor. We loved the place. The apartment was easy to rent, clean, elegant and simple. It was very quite, personable and you can see the Tour Eiffel out the window while lying in bed. It’s especially romantic at night. Up the street is the main shopping area, a great affordable restaurant (Bo Zinc Café). Metro access two blocks away in either direction. Great Pastry shop on the corner too (Eat all you want, as you’ll do plenty of walking in Paris). Not to mention a grocery store in either direction. For those from the USA, if you walk down to the River, (about ½ mile), you can see the Statue of Liberty, a much smaller version and off the beaten path. Near the river you can catch the RER and 15 min later you’re at the Palace of Versailles. This apartment is a hidden gem and gives you the feel of living in Paris. Or take the M9 to Trocadéro and your at the Eiffel Tower in 5 min.
Best wishes !

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet and pretty residential area and within easy walking distant between two Metro stops. The apartment was clean, well maintained with all the amenities. Excellent value if you are spending any time in Paris. We were in Paris for a week and loved it, but after battling with the other tourist to see the sites it was wonderful to come back an apartment in a quiet residential area and mix with the locals instead of tourist. Grocery shopping and local restaurants were all close by. For those of us who like to run the Bois de Boulogne is recommended and is close by. As an added plus there is a wonderful view of the Eifel Tower from the bedroom window.

We stayed for a week with our 2 young adult children. The apartment rue Surcouf 75007 was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The owner met us when we arrived, and gave us back our security deposit before we left. We loved staying here! The location was great, very easy access to the metro and RER, so we could get wherever we wanted easily. It was quiet for sleeping, and in a safe area. Good restaurants nearby as well as grocers. We ate at Au Petit Tonneau, right down the street, on our last night in Paris, and had a wonderful meal. We highly recommend this property.

Finally a chance to download some photos....
I wanted to send a sincere thank you to you and your family for renting us your apartment on Rue St. Sulpice.
This apartment was gorgeous – a true home-away-from-home. My husband, the girls and I loved it. I was so nicely laid out that we all had room to relax and spread out.
The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere, even with the 3 young girls. Every morning, I took a different daughter down to the bakery – to practice their French while ordering our daily bread. The other girls loved looking out and watching each other walk to the bakery each morning.
Rather than stay in a hotel, our children got to live in Paris for a week. They played with the other children in the building – in the courtyard. They walked with us to the market to purchase groceries to make our meals. And we often walked to Jardins Luxembourg to spend some time outside.
Thanks for everything you did for us.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
Sincerely

Dear Barbara,
First of all I would like to apologize for not having the accurate French language to write this mail. May be in two or three more years of study I might learn enough to do so
For me, to study French at home is a matter of respect to you, or to the waiter in the restaurant or anybody else in France. I will keep on studying as far as I can.
The purpose of this mail is to let you know that during this few days in St Germain, we felt at home.
We came to Paris many times, but this is the first time that we really felt at home.
We’re so happy to be here that I would like to thank you for choosing us to stay in the apartment
May be in the near future we could become friends instead of tourists renting an apartment.
This trip changed all the ones we had before, and we would like to let you this before we leave Monday afternoon.
Once again I’m sorry for not having the language to write this letter
See you Monday 13 at 7,30 PM to return the keys and thank you personally.
All the best to you.

We stayed rue Surcouf 75007 May 2010 and had a wonderful time. The owner was very gracious and prompt on being there for the start and when we left. Which is very comforting when you are expecting your deposit back and have to make your plane flight. The size of the quarters was very spacious so we really felt relaxed and at home. Our first walk was down Rue Surcouf towards Rue Cler and as we turned the first corner we had a commanding view of the Eiffel Tower.. A real treat for a first time experience. Very pleasant experience and although right in the heart of things it was removed enough to be quiet.

Dear Barbara,
I just wanted to thank you for organising everything so wonderfully at the last minute. The apartment was great. I was also especially grateful that you allowed us to check out late. That meant that I was bale to have a shower after the marathon, which made for a much more comfortable trip back to London!
Thank you again - Regards

We were in the apartment rue de berri.
The neighborhood was great...close to metro and shopping, but far enough away to be quiet at night.
C. was very responsive to numerous phone calls. The apartment was very clean. Excellent amenities...all new appliances. We will recommend this apartment.

We were at Lord Byron flat; the district we would say is very smart, safe and a quite place without noise, but very close to Champs Elysees Avenue. The stay was very pleasent without any unexpected or desagreeable event .
The welcome was very quick and professional, and the cleanliness of the apartment very good .
We will absolutely recommend this apartment!!! it worth the money paid.

I would like to thank you again and tell you how much we enjoyed the apartment on Rue de Berri in the 8th. It was the perfect size for a couple. A true one bedroom with an open kitchen like in a US apartment with new Ikea cabinets and appliances. It's very well done, well decorated, and well maintained. The owner was very punctual in meeting us on very short notice to drop off the key and show us in as well as to return our deposit before we left. The apartment was very clean. I will mention two very small items: the phone in the apartment wasn't working and needs to be replaced. Internet works great, but wifi would be a better addition. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. We're steps from the metro, there are literally a dozen places to eat or drink within a hundred yards of the front door, the building is beautiful and quiet, there is a dry cleaners directly facing the building, and the Champs Elysee is a 5 minute walk away. An excellent value for what would certainly be more than double at an equivalent hotel. Thank you!!

Great communication with the owner. He is very easy to work with and responds quickly to emails. The pictures accurately represent the apartment and the description was also accurate. The Louvre is in walking distance as well as Notre Dame, the metro, a grocery store and many places to eat at reasonable prices. I would recommend this property to others.

"This apartment was an ideal location. My husband & I are independent travelers. We wanted to introduce our 19 year old grandson to Paris. Our Rue du Pont Neuf apartment gave us a spacious, quiet, sanctuary from the whirlwind of tourists and museums. We were able to enjoy the comforts of home, and still be in the center of Paris. Our host was responsive when we experienced an electrical problem on a holiday weekend.... "

Staying two weeks in Paris with two infants, we wanted an apartment we could call 'home,' not having to live out of a suitcase in hotels or eat in restaurants every night. We were very, very happy with the service and accommodation that ApartmentsParisDowntown provided.
We weren't given the apartment we had booked online, and perhaps this explained why the alternate apartment had not been cleaned as well as it could (we are picky because our 9-month old crawls everywhere). Having said that, ApartmentsParisDowntown bent over backwards to accommodate us throughout all the uncertainty arising with the ashes of the Icelandic volcano and the cancelled international flights that ensued. While we struggled to get assistance and information from the airlines, we were relieved to be in such good hands with ApartmentsParisDowntown. Our initial welcome was most pleasant, punctual and informative as well.
We stayed at 1 Mirabeau in the 16e arrondissement, near Pont Mirabeau, with a view of the Eiffel Tower and meters from a metro stop. The apartment was elegant, very nicely furnished, with spacious dining, living and bedrooms. The kitchen and bath areas were relatively smaller, but provided everything needed and expected.
The 16e is a quieter, safe, clean, upscale residential neighborhoud. Very nice parks for the children, although Paris generally is child-friendly and well-endowed in parks and recreational areas. We brought our double carriage and walked everywhere.
Gieven the same opportunity, we will definitely stay at an apartment and book through ApartmentsParisDowntown.

Hello,
We had a wonderful 8 night stay in the rue Lord Byron apartment just a block from the Champs Elysées and Arc De Triomphe. It was a great location for shopping, and dining, as well as convenient to the Metro line 1 to go to central Paris. We were welcomed when we arrived and were shown the apartment, which is also very secure with 3 locked doors but you only need one key and codes, and we arranged an early checkout for a early flight. The apartment was very clean and was loaded with everything we needed, plenty of bed linens and towels as well as everything for the kitchen. They also had 4or 5 English tv channels as well as wi fi.
We would recommend this apartment and "Apartments Paris Downtown, and will call them again.

Our stay was extremely pleasant at Rue Surcouf in the 7th district which was also very pleasant. Great shops and great places to eat and convenient to everything.
On our first walk we turned from Surcouf to St Domonique and the first thing we saw was the Eiffel Tower and on our last walk we came back to the apartment to a gathering "La Fete du Voisins" which further enamored us with the French culture.
All in all we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
We felt a real sense of being part of Paris and living the Parisian lifestyle. This is definitely an experience that one cannot get in a Hotel.
How was the welcome ? The cleanliness of the apartment?
Upon arriving at the apartment, I was very relieved to see you waiting for us at the front of the apartment building. This is what I consider important when renting an apartment in a foreign country because I personally got anxious at the thought of having to wait for someone to let us in to the apartment. Likewise, when it was time to leave, you were prompt and arrived at the time we had scheduled. This again was very important because our shuttle service made it clear that they would only wait 5 minutes for us.
You were a great host and the apartment was perfect.
Will you recommend this apartment? Yes

I had a great stay this past month and truly enjoyed this great apartment, located on rue de l’Université, Paris 7ième. It’s nice to have a place like that rather than to stay in a hotel. I have made a lot of savings on my budget for meals. Many thanks.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and found the apartment we rented just perfect in its size and location. We really took pleasure in the apartment near the Arc de Triomphe, 16th Paris, where we could have our meals on the terrace. You were also very kind and helpful. Best wishes.

Just a step from all the convenience shops and from the subway, the two bedrooms apartments on the street of Mirabeau, 16th Paris, was very pleasant. All the appliances worked in the apartment; that has not been the case during our last visit in Paris on another website. Thanks again.
